Information » Family & Relationships » What to do if something goes wrong
Conflicts happen in every relationship. Sometimes they are just arguments or misunderstandings but sometimes they are more serious, like being abused, bullied or discriminated against.
When things go wrong, we may try to blame ourselves or find reasons to justify why it happened. We may also feel scared, worried and confused.
The most important thing to remember if you feel troubled or concerned about the situation you are in, is to confide in someone you trust to get the support and advice you need.
Or, if you prefer, you can also approach professional organisations who exist to help, protect and support you so you don´t have to deal with it alone or in silence.
This section looks at what to do if something goes wrong and how to get the information and advice you need.

If you want to speak to someone informally, then we can offer you tht service.
Our worker can meet you at our office, a local youth centre, your school or college, for a chat about relationships, your rights, and what you can do if you find yourself in a bad relationship or near the end of one.
We can also offer the same service over the phone or via email.
Please contact us with any query, no matter how big or small.
